Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we will fix or replace your unit within 1 year of purchase.

Can I use my unit anywhere in the world and still watch TV?

Yes, as long as you're able to connect to the internet.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $100.  However we reserve the right to refuse shipment if you live in a remote location.

Can I buy in-store?

Yes, please visit us at Dr. Flea’s Flea Market, 8 Westmore Drive, Etobicoke. Booth #2014, entrance “G”Saturday or Sunday any time between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm

What can I do about buffering / freezing? 

Reset (disconnect power supply for 5 minutes) both the Internet modem/router and the TV Box. 

Please make sure you have high speed 75 mbps or higher on the download and it should be unlimited.

Check Internet speed by going to www.speedtest.net and clicking Begin test or Go.

WiFi vs Ethernet connection...I recommend ETHERNET. You can use the "Powerline Ethernet Adaptor" to get your ETHERNET connection anywhere in the home.
